C Vijayabaskar is a politician who was born on the 8th of April 1974 at Illupur, Pudukottai. He is a part of the political party named All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK). Vijayabaskar is married and has two daughters. He is the Health Minister of Tamil Nadu and holds an MBBS degree. He is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu by way of contesting in Viralimalai constituency, and winning the elections for consecutive two terms in 2011 and 2016. Vijayabaskar was also the winner in Pudukottai Constituency in the year 2001. He is an ardent follower of late Ms. J Jayalalitha.
