Rakshita Suresh is an Indian playback singer. She is well known for her vocals in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada songs. The young singer has already developed a good fan base in India, majorly South-India. Her lovely voice enthralled the hearts of the youngsters. Rakshita first came into the limelight when she participated on the singing reality show, Super Singer Juniors.
She took birth in Mysore, Karnataka on 1st June 1998. She went to the Mahabodhi School in Mysore from where she completed her primary education. Later, she went to the Rotary West School for high schooling. She did her intermediate from Sadvidya Composite Pre-University College. Currently, she is pursuing an M.Sc. degree in Mysore. Rakshita was born into a good family; her father is a businessman father, and her mother is a software engineer.
At four, she started learning music. In her childhood days, she got training from Vidushi Mrs. Sukanya Prabhakar. When she grew up, she learned orchestral music from Mrs. Sunitha Chandrakumar. She continues to teach her. Rakshita also went for music classes and gained knowledge from Vidwan, Chitraveena Ravikiran, and H. N. Rajalakshmi. Presently, she is also a student of Ustaad Faiyaaz Khan; he teaches her Hindustani Classical music.
A girl of just twenty who went rigorous training performs in all kinds of genres. She is versatile, and her singing adds to her beauty. Her debut in the industry as a singer happened when she sang for veteran composer Ilayaraja. She gave her vocals to some singles under him.
She also participated in music shows like Junior Super Stars that aired on Star Vijay and Yede Thumbi Haduvenu that aired on ETV. She won the ETV Kannada’s Rhythm Tadheem and Little Star singer in 2009. In 2015, Rakshita sang in a Telugu film for the first time. Nag Ashiwin directorial

The song was Challa Gaali Thakuthunna, and the lyrics written by Ananth Sriram got appreciation. The movie starred

Malavika Nair, and others. It became a super-hit at the box-office. After her start, she performed at concerts and appeared in music talent shows.
