Selvakumar was an Indian film actor, remembered by the regional audience for his work in movies like Ramana and Anniyan. Mostly known for his primary involvement in Kollywood movies, Tamil TV shows, short films, and dramas, he had played small roles in more than three hundred major film projects. Based in South India, Selvakumar died an unfortunate death when the speedometer wire of his bike got entangled and interrupted the movement of the front wheel, which led to an accident where he was thrown off from the bike and suffered severe head injuries. He lost his life on the spot. Before this incident, he was married to K Geetha and two daughters.
