Raghu Pathy

Raghu Pathy is an Actor, Model, and Improved artist known as much for his intellect as for his versatility. He is known in Bollywood for his role in Hang Up! (2014), in which he played the role of Sameer alongside well-known Telugu stars such as Sudhakar Komakula. Raghu was born in India and lived in Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, New York City, Hawaii, Seattle, New Jersey, and San Francisco. He studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya High School. Raghu was involved in Science, Theater, and School Captainship. Raghu attended the Biju Patnaik University of Technology, where he majored in Computer Science. During college, he bagged the title of Mr. Orissa and was offered multiple runways and print modeling assignments.

His earliest big success was being a print model on eight billboards of 10 feet x 10 feet in the town of Bhubaneswar, Orissa. This was followed by multiple regional TV commercials, viz., SVL electronics, Alishan fashion, and Aquafresh water. Raghu then moved to Mumbai and played the lead role in the pilot episode of a Telugu soap opera, Mangalasutram. Raghu has been an active participant and contributor to 21st Century Management. He is a 500-hour Yoga teacher and avid hiker and is keenly interested in Theoretical Physics, Cognitive Neuroscience, Philosophy, and Management books. He also believes in the power of meditation and mindfulness practices to heal the world.
