Mikhail Gandhi is an Indian child artist from Mumbai. He was born on July 10, 2010. He resides in Juhu, Mumbai with his parents, Mr. Shiraz Gandhi and Mrs. Yasmeen Gandhi, and his elder brother, Farhad Gandhi. He is a student of Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School. Mikhail began his career as a child artist with commercial advertising.

He has advertised for Rasna, Kinder Joy, Lifebuoy soap, and some other brands. Mikhail's performance in the Telugu blockbuster Supreme gained him enormous fame and fortune. He played the role of Rajan, an orphan kid in the movie. Critics and audiences equally appreciated Mikhail's performance in Supreme.

But, it was his debut in Bollywood with, Sachin: A Billion Dreams that made Mikhail a star kid. He auditioned for the role along with three hundred other kids.

Owing to his great acting skills he got to play the part of the young Sachin Tendulkar. Mikhail's mother feels that her son's beautiful curly hair added to his advantage because it reminded people of Sachin. The opportunity for this young kid became a life turner.

The day of selection became the happiest for Mikhail and his family, but the real fun began with the shooting of the film. His first meeting with Sachin Tendulkar was filled with ecstasy and joy. Mikhail's love for cricket helped in creating an immediate bond between the two.

The eight-year-old artist found the filmmaking process to be impressive, fun, and exciting. Every day of the shooting was an experience filled with joy. Mikhail recalls in an interview that on the first day of the shoot he got to visit the school where Sachin Tendulkar completed his education, and that was the place where they shot the initial scenes of the film.

After the release of the movie on 26 May 2017, Mikhail became a prominent Bollywood child artist. Everybody loved his performance in Sachin: A Billion Dreams. When asked in an interview about his experience of seeing himself on the big screen, the humble boy claimed that moment to be the best of his life so far.

The big break gave Mikhail the rightfully deserved recognition. He felt the happiest for making his parents proud whose constant support and encouragement helped him throughout his journey.
