Srujana Adusumilli

Film editor Srujana Adusumilli is from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She holds a degree in film editing from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). At Shri Venkateshwara Bala Kuteer School, she completed her high school education. At the University of Toledo, she completed a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. Her accolades include Best Teaching Assistant and Best Masters Thesis. At KL University, she earned her Bachelor of Technology degree. She assisted film editor Sreekar Prasad and is currently employed as a freelancer on numerous projects. She is highly passionate about movies because they are immersive and experiential. She aspires to continually broaden her horizons, participate in many forms of cinema, and collaborate with various filmmakers.

She likes to do this by using her understanding of editing to help the Director's vision for the cinematic world come to fruition. She had worked on various projects, including visual advertisements (Teasers and Trailers). She works on Feature Films, Web Series, Corporate AVS, and Short Films. She was able to develop her editing abilities and gain exposure to the typical industry procedures from the screenplay to the finished DCP, thanks to the practical experience she gained working alongside renowned Editor Mr. Sreekar Prasad. She was an internal editor. The movies Chase, Aakashavaani (2021), and Modern Love Hyderabad are all by Srujana Adusumilli (2022).
