Sai Akshatha is the winner of Miss Hyderabad Beauty Pageant 2016. Akshatha Srinivas is an Indian model, actor, and director, working in the South Indian film industry. She has made her acting debut in a Tamil film Nanbangal Narpani Mandram (2015).
She made her debut in Kannada Film Industry with the movie Parasanga (2018). Meanwhile, Akshatha made her directorial debut with the Telugu film Shekaram Gari Abbayi (2017).
