Many of us think that an actor’s life is very relaxing. They just have to go on sets, do their makeup, gain lots of money, act, and go home. Well, not always. At times, while playing a certain role an actor does face difficulties. One of these difficulties is almost dying. Here are top ten actors who almost died on sets.

In ‘Back to the Future III’, Michael J. Fox had a scene where he had to hang himself. So as the scene was on, Michael did get hanged and for 30 seconds he was passed out. No one really noticed that he was unconscious as they thought he was acting, which looked pretty convincing too.

When it comes to doing stunts, Tom Cruise is all up for doing his own stunts and due to this, he misses to kill himself many times. He almost missed to die in Edge of Tomorrow, but here it wasn’t because of him it was because of
Emily Blunt. She was driving the car, and he was in the passenger seat, all of a sudden the car gets out of control.
Jackie Chan in Police Story
We all know how much Jackie Chan loves to do his own stunts. Margaret played the role of the wicked witch, and if you remember, whenever she would disappear there would be a smoke cloud that would appear. Sylvester Stallone in Rocky IV
The fight scenes in Rocky IV looked very real, and that is because they were really hitting each other. At one part, Stallone had to be knocked down, so he went and told Lundgren to hit him with all his strength. Sylvester got a really hard punch that knocked him down and he landed in the hospital.

The Lone Ranger
The movie ‘The Lone Ranger’ was not liked by many people but just imagine if Johnny Depp would die during the shooting of the film, how much hate would this film get? In a horse riding scene, Johnny slipped and was trying to hold onto the horse, but unfortunately, he fell in front of the horse. Luckily, the horse missed stamping his face. Johnny was saved from dying because the horse decided to go over him rather than stamping him.
Jaimie Alexander in Thor: The Dark World
Metal stairs and rain are two things that don’t go together. While shooting a scene, it was dark and Jaimie walked down the metal stairs. She slipped and fell terribly. When we talk about Jason Statham, he has witnessed all types of dangerous scenes, but the one in Expendables 3 went a bit too far. When Jason was driving the truck, the brakes failed.
