Rohan, a bright, sensitive youngster who dreams of becoming a writer someday has spent his eight years in a boarding school, from where he is unexpectedly expelled, and he comes home to Jamshedpur to his father who is practically a stranger to him. After returning home, Rohan is introduced to his half brother, Arjun, he didn’t even know he had, not knowing what’s in store for him. Rather than studying literature, his father told him to focus on engineering along with working at the steel factory that his dad owns against his wishes. The film begins with a felicitation ceremony held by Dr. Bhaskar, who is a cancer specialist, who has just written a successful book titled “ANAND” (a melodramatic tale of a man with a terminal disease).
