Jodha Akbar is a famous epic historical television series produced by Ekta Kapoor Ekta Kapoor; a legendry producer in Indian TV and >> Read More... under the Balaji Telefilms' banner and directed by Santram Varma. The series was premiered on June 18, 2013, and it is successfully running to date. You can watch the Jodha Akbar serial on the Zee TV channel every Monday to Friday in the evenings. The Jodha Akbar story revolves around the drama in the 16th century about the political marriage between Akbar, the emperor of Mughal, and Jodha Bai, the princess of Rajput. It focuses on how their marriage brings love to the extent that it can change the destiny of India. This Zee TV drama, Jodha Akbar, also highlighted how the queen, ministers, courts, and courtesans work and how they affect the love story of Jodha Bai and Akbar. Indian History has seen the emerging and end of many empires, many cultures, dictators, and kings. But, this is something big. Here we are also talking about the show portraying the most famous king of Indian Cinema, Muhammad Jalaluddin Akbar. His heroics are known to ages. He was the king who was responsible for the significant growth of Indian culture during that period.

This show takes us to the glorified past of India. It shows the battles of that time, their strategies, their arms, ammunition's and it shows the relationship between the heavyweights, Mughals, and Rajputs. It was often said that Jodha and Akbar's marriage was a political decision, but later this decision sparked love between the two that changed the future of India. The functioning of the judiciary is also beautifully shown in the show. The show highlights how King Akbar becomes 'Akbar' and comes out from his cruel image. King Akbar was heartless and harsh because of the upbringing he got. He was brought up in the ambiance of war and hatred. His father was killed when he was a child, and from his childhood days, he was trained as a warrior, both mentally and physically. He just learned one thing- kills them, or otherwise they kill you. The only thing he wanted was to expand his empire at any cost. Love was a word that he never faced in his life. While Jodha, the Rajkumari was pretty emotional. She was not lion-hearted as King Akbar. She was so good at heart that she valued the lives of animals, birds, and even bees of her kingdom.

She was lovely and kind-hearted. But she had hated cruel Mughals, even King Akbar. But things take a wild turn, and they get married; in due course of time, they fall in love deeply with each other. It has everything in it to be called an epic drama. I don't think any TV lover should afford to miss the mega serial Jodha Akbar.
