The TV show ‘Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani' is set for a time leap that will show the life story of the kids rather than the parents Ranaji and Gayatri. But Drashti is leaving the show after the leap as she feels she is not suited for the role of a mother yet. She is still young and fresh in her career and wants to experiment younger roles. She wishes to stay in the show but after the time leap she will be the mother, and she can’t do that hence she prefers to quit the show.
The actress is sad about leaving the show but respects the maker's decisions and agrees that changes need to be done to keep the audiences. Following her suit,
