is a leading director and actor from the Bollywood. He has made an thought provoking movie on the journey of a 13-year-old girl, Poorna Malavath, who got into the records by becoming the world’s youngest individual to climb the Mount Everest. She scaled the Everest on May 25th, 2014. But still, very few people know the reason that motivated Rahul Bose to get into a biopic on Poorna. A few years back, Rahul Hose had hosted a show on mountaineering called the Everest Rising.
The series was telecast on National Geographic. The actor had been interested in the topic since the program. Rahul Bose was particular about making a movie. However, he was skimming through for the subject of the movie. Then, he happened to come across the story of 13-year-old Poorna who happens to be the youngest individual to climb the Mount Everest. The actor said that he was happy that a poor, uneducated and tribal girl shattered the records by scaling the Everest.
