This heart-wrenching biopic that traces Dalbir Kaur’s struggle for the freedom of her brother Sarabjit is about to release in theaters on 20th May worldwide. Today, at the Cannes International Festival, “Sarbjit” will be premiered. Aishwarya will walk the red carpet today with director Omung Kumar and the producers. Omung says, "'Sarbjit' is a story which needs to be told and Cannes is an esteemed platform to showcase it due to its varied audience. We are going to premiere the film and hope to get a positive response from international viewers."
