in the alleged hit-and-run case.
The petitioner is seeking for direction that the actor’s bail should be cancelled and be perceived by the competent court in the normal basis. He also seek for framing of guidelines to the same action, which the Bombay High Court granted 2-day bail to the actor, could be served to others too.
Earlier, the lower court in Mumbai sentenced Khan to 5-years imprisonment for the hit-and-run case which happened in year 2002. However, he was granted interim bail last May 2015.
