“Adarsha” is a romantic drama flick directed by Sai Prabhakar. The film is a love story set in the 90s, where the lead actors Nagakiran and Prajju Poovaiah fall in love. The story is beyond the love between a couple and goes on to explain the importance of the consent of parents in any love story. Nagakiran’s character in “Adarsha” shows his struggle against his parents and the society in getting approval for the love of his life which is played by Prajju. That is how he becomes an exemplary romantic, son and a person, “Adarsha” in Kannada. The actors say they had fun revisiting the 90s atmosphere. Very few people know that the movie is based on a true story and the makers guarantee that that the family film will entertain all age groups equally. It is a story with a message for the impatient youngsters who often go against the wishes of their parents when they are unable to convince their elders. The movie releases in July.
