In 2015 September, we heard about Sudeep’s had some issues with his wife, Priya. It is said that they both have filed for divorce with mutual consent. Priya was the one, who filed the case in Family Court. Now, they have been called for counselling. Probably, they will be appearing before the court on April 22. Their petition states, "Due to many misunderstanding and internal problems in marital life, we are unable to live together. Thus, we are getting separated". Priya and Sudeep got married in 2001, and they have a daughter, Saanvi. It is also said that Sudeep agreed to pay Rs. 19 crores as Alimony to Priya. After the divorce, Saanvi will be leaving her father and living with her mother.
