. As a matter of fact, Flautist Bapu Padmanabha who made his debut into Kannada film industry as a music composer bagged accolade for his compositions. He said that he was indeed very grateful to the director Nagabharana for granting the complete freedom in his first project as composer.
The collaboration of Allama happened over three years. It was even before he began shooting the movie. The movie had continued over its making. He would divulge the visuals for each scene, and the background score is done accordingly. Allama is one among the favorite subjects, and it gave the composer deep pleasure to work on the movie. With the blessings of guru Pandit Hariprasad Chourasia, he was able to change the vachanas musically for the big screen.
