Chennai, the victim of the heavy rain and the flood, is trying to overcome the terrible situation. There is no electricity supply in many places, as the supply might be hazardous for some electric shock deaths. People are starving for food though they have a handful of money. Many volunteers, Army, Navy and the State and Central government officials are serving the people around the clock. Many celebrities, who are in the high-security areas, are also affected by the rain. Some of them moved to safer places, and some of them are out of Chennai.
