will be playing the romantic couple in the upcoming film, “Kappirithuruthu.” The fans of both the actors are anxiously waiting for the film to hit the screens, as they were very much excited to see both of them as a couple. Adil and Pearle have hosted more than 50 episodes of the dance show, together. When Adil was asked about this, he was quoted saying, “I am excited to act with Pearle Maaney in the film, but playing the love interest of my co-anchor is going to be a bit tough. I am not only excited but also anxious that how we are going to handle it. I hope we won't giggle while shooting the romantic scenes." He said that the script made him sign the project instantly. Zaheer Ali directs the film, which is set in Fort Kochi at the backdrop of the 1970s. While Adil plays a singer, Pearle plays a Jewish girl. The shooting will start in July.
