, the versatile actor of Mollywood, died a few months back in a private hospital. He was said to be dead after his liver and kidneys failed to function. In spite of the severe treatment provided, his body could not react to the medicines. Lab reports say that 45 mg of methanol was present in Kalabhavan Mani’s body and it confirms that he had consumed highly toxic liquor. Kakkanad lab report suggested that the toxic chemicals might have entered his blood through vegetables. However, the National Lab report dismissed those suggestions and confirmed that chemicals in veggies would never kill a person. Mani’s family and friends are sure that he would not have committed suicide. The investigation team wants to deal the death case in a different angle. However, Mani’s family wants the case to be dealt by CBI. They have submitted required petition. The case might be handed over to CBI soon.
