” had been complained about insulting the Madras High Court with his abusive words. As the Vinayaka Chaturthi procession was diverted from Meiyappuram in Pudukkottai district, the BJP's National secretary H Raja argued with the Pudukkottai district police officials. Although they explained to him the situation, he used filthy words and also thrashed the cops that they had been bribed. Being a lawyer by his profession, H Raja’s words shocked not only the lawyers but the other party leaders and the public too. Later a case had been filed in Thirumayam police station under IPC sections 143, 188, 153 A, 290, 294 B, 353, 505(1) (b) (c) and 506(1) against Raja and 18 people who were accompanying him. The latest information is that among those 18 people 5 of them have applied for anticipatory bail in Madras High Court Madurai bench.
