, the Makkal Needhi Maiam leader has mentioned that his party will be contesting in the 40 constituencies in the upcoming parliamentary elections. When the interviewer asked if he has popular people to contest in all the 40 constituencies, Kamal Haasan nodded yes and he mentioned that he has youngsters to participate in the elections. When he was asked, if he will contest in the parliamentary elections, Kamal Haasan asked why not and said that there are chances for him to contest in the parliamentary elections.
