, who is assumed to be the God of Cricket, is the talk of the town now. The life history of Sachin has been released yesterday and has been garnering appreciation all over. It is not a biopic but a docudrama. It has the narration of Sachin, interviews by Sachin’s friends and family. Erskine directed the film and “A R Rahman” composed the tunes. The film reveals Sachin’s journey right from his childhood. The film has collected a whopping amount of Rs.9 Crores at the end of the first day. Although it is a meager amount, while comparing to that of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sachin’s team is happy about it. Dhoni’s biography was not a docudrama and hence it collected Rs. 21 crores on the first day. However, Sachin’s biography drama grabbed the second place as the best collector at the box office in the biopic category.
