The popular IAS Academy in Chennai is Shankar IAS Academy and the CEO of the organization is Shankar Devarajan. Shankar, who is from Krishnagiri, started the academy in Chennai in 2004. This academy is the top academy in the state. Shankar had been a motivator for a lot of students. Thousands of students had got good placement in government jobs. Due to some personal issues, Shankar committed suicide, yesterday night. He hanged himself to death. His friend took him to the Isabel hospital and the doctors announced that he was brought dead. At present, his mortal remains are kept in Royapettah government hospital. The police inquiry is on. Shankar was survived by his wife and two daughters. His students couldn’t believe his death and many stated that they wanted to hear it as fake news. The person, who had been a good motivator, is no more! May his soul rest in peace! Deepest condolences to his family and friends!
