Following this, Vishal Reddy filed a case against the government for appointing a Secretary, when they are managing it properly. In the government order they have stated: “தமிழ் திரைப்பட தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கத்திற்கு பார்வை (1) ல் கண்ட அரசாணையின்படி தனி அலுவலர் நியமிக்கப்பட்டு நிர்வகிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்நிலையில் பார்வை (2)ல் காணும் பதிவுத்துறை தலைவர் அவர்களின் கடிதத்தில் அரசாணையின்படி சங்கத்தின் செயல்பாடுகளை முறைப்படுத்தும் வகையில் விரைந்து செயல்பட ஏதுவாக தனி அலுவலரின் நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு உதவிடும் பொருட்டு தற்காலிகக் கமிட்டி ஒன்றினை அமைத்து அதன் விவரத்தை தெரிவிக்க கோரப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன்படி பின்வரும் 9 நபர் கொண்ட தற்காலிக குழு இதன் மூலம் அமைத்து ஆணையிடப்படுகிறது.
