, the popular singer in Tamil and Malayalam film industry, has decided to contribute the money saved for his son's wedding to Kerala Chief Minister's Disaster Relief Fund. Unni Menon, who lives in Chennai, is based on Kerala. He said that for the past 9 months the wedding preparations were going on and they had decided to conduct it in Kerala. But, due to the floods, he has decided to shift the venue and make the grand occasion, a low-key wedding. He has decided to contribute the money saved for his son's wedding to the flood relief fund. It is said that Unni had planned his son’s marriage in Thrissur, but now it will take place in Chennai on 28th September. Like Unni Menon, a journalist in Kerala canceled his daughter's wedding engagement and donated the fund which he had reserved for the function to the Flood Relief. The generosity of the people comes out during the disaster times! Hats off to you people!
