. He says that the film is an intense project that features realistic action and it is not designed for the soft-hearted people. Action in the film is justified. Unlike regular commercial films, Uriyadi could not be watched by everyone. The film has more violence than the normal action movies. Uriyadi means a rural game in which a pot will be placed in heights and it will be slid up and down. The participant will have to break the pot with a long stick. During the play, their eyes will be tied. The poster of the film displays the extreme violence in the film. Instead of the pot, a person is seen tied upside down and the participant is ready to break his head. Despite this violence, the director calls it as a family film. He says that the film is for all the people above 18 years. The film is about the victims of the society, who are unnecessarily dragged into the problems, which they don’t have a connection. There is no romance in the film and yes, there is no heroine at all. The film is about some college students and the incidents that happen in their life when they cross their paths with a politician.
