Shruti and Naga Chaitanya are being trolled by the Malayalam Premam lovers. Lots of memes are being designed and released daily and this has created a negative thought about the film. The highlight on the trolls is a comparison video, which made fun of the lead pair. After seeing the trolls, Shruti requested the trollers not to compare her with Malar, performed by Sai Pallavi.
