. The movie incurred huge losses at the box-office on Monday and Tuesday. The buyers of the movie Katamarayudu placed high hopes on the Ugadi Festival day. And since Pawan Kalyan has much charisma, the movie has managed to draw a huge number of audiences to the theater. This has given some joy to the distributors who are still looking at hefty losses.
As per the trade reports, Katamarayudu made a collection of Rs 4 crore on the sixth day, thanks to the festival of Ugadi. The six days worldwide share has reportedly gone beyond Rs 50 crore. As there was no good movie that was screened in theaters, Katamarayudu took the full plus point. Buyers have faith that their losses will reduce if the movie holds up at least until the second Sunday. While the beginning of summer holidays is a major advantage, the release of Venkatesh’s Guru and Puri’s Rogue prove huge discouraging factors for the movie.
