The ninth season of the popular program Indian Idol is underway and there is a Telugu guy competing with the best among them to win the prestigious title. The youngster is named Paritala Rohit and he is from Hyderabad. He has reached the Top 8 and is waiting for the next round to commence. During an interview with Paritala Rohit, he said that the total credit goes to his parents for taking into account his passion and supporting him from the childhood.
When he was a kid, his friends and other people used to praise him for his singing talent. But, they used to tell him that he has got a female voice. However, his parents acknowledged his talent and trained him under the best of the classical music teachers. He had learned music for 16 years to bag the opportunity to stage his skills in a platform which is as big as Indian Idol. Sreeram Chandra happens to be the only Telugu person to have won the Idol trophy in 2010. Following his trail, Rohit has made his way to the Indian Idol. Let us wish him to bag the title.
