Plot

Ed and Lorraine get a doll home and lock it in a room in their basement. Judy, their ten-year-old daughter, had been left with the babysitter Mary Ellen. Mary is a responsible person and cares Judy well. Her friend Daniela comes to meet her and starts investigating about her late father and his connection with this house. Meanwhile, Bob, the neighbor of Ed, tries to impress Mary Ellen but is punished by some incidents. What happened to him? How Anabelle gets out of the room? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

All the stars have done their part well, especially the kid, Mckenna Grace.

Analysis

Like the previous Anabelle films, this is also spooky but has some comic relief too. The characters are designed well and the horror element is perfect. The BGM is fantastic and creates an eerie effect. Similarly, the cinematography is good with different angles. Until the ghost invasion starts, the film had been moving at a slow pace. After the ghost entry, the audience witnesses a lot of nail-biting moments.
