CAST & CREW
Warner Bros: Pictures and HBO Franchise
Plot: The story started with Vince, when he separated from his wife. In order to move on with his life, he planned to do something better while freeing himself from being a husband. He then called, Ari to give him another chance to complete his over budget movie. Though Ari is not so convinced that this movie will be a hit, he gave him a chance and hooked up Vince with the rest of production assessments. Vince reunited with his friends and got entangled with hilarious events, and successfully completed his film. They were shocked that, this movie became a blockbuster and also got an award, which means, that the movie, is a true success.
I have to watch this movie twice before I finished this review, remembering this movie was hollowed from its original TV series. However, I found this movie entertaining, if viewers were looking for a change in genre. It is in fact that, it came out to be somehow a simple, yet focused more of a close story in their miniseries. What is important with this movie is that, they illustrated the true bond of friendship. It doesn’t matter if the conflict resides more of Vince, they supported him and gave him enough chance to get back on his life.
I believe that this movie deserves to have “3.5 out of 5 stars.” They also showed compassion to one another that crystallizes the meaning, that true friends are very hard to find. Even though they have a different crisis in life to resolve, they manage to coincide with one another. Critics might catch it as a very simple movie, it is true! Trying to win other people and give you a chance, simple jokes but hilariously fun if you will deeply observe it. However, for me, digging within simplest stories sometimes gives you more imaginative lesson that you can bring out to your life.
