are smitten by each other. But due to their professional commitments, they are forced to stay away from each other. Will they move on with their future, or will take steps towards the reunion?
ANALYSIS:Â
The narration part is full of adult talks and jokes. But it was pleasant and enjoyable. The talks are easy to digest and do not annoy anyone. All those late night talks between Drew and Justin is very cute. The visuals are endearing throughout the movie. The scene in which the lead pair make love is winsome. Most of the scenes match the people's usual experience exactly. The lead casting is one of the very big points of the movie. More space is provided for the other characters to showcase their talent.
STAR PERFORMANCES:Â
Justin Long aptly shows the perfect mannerisms of carelessness, thinking that this will be a short-term relationship. But when he starts missing his love, he does not follow the usual cliches. He justifies his character strongly. Drew's gestures are cute and lovely. It is easy to accept since all her characteristics are in perfect quantity. Christina Applegate's presence as Drew's sister is marvelous. She suits the role of a sidekick perfectly.Â
WHAT'S THERE?
The goofy chemistry between Justin and Drew is appealing. With few funny supporting characters, the cast is strong, and one can watch the movie for their performances itself.Â
WHAT'S NOT THERE?
LaTulippe mostly relies on the characters rather than the script. Few of the subplots do not make any connection to the main plot.
