Plot

In a kingdom of Elsinore, there was a wilful and free-spirited Ophelia. Queen Gertrude adores her, but the rest of the kingdom mocks her due to nobility. Ophelia's father works as a chief councillor to King Hamlet. Prince Hamlet falls in love with Ophelia, but their love story is short as his behaviour changes after he returns to his studies. At the same time, Hamlet’s uncle Claudius tries his best to make Gertrude fall in love with him. Ophelia was told by Queen Gertrude to bring tonic from the healer Mechtild. While getting her tonic, she overhears the fight between king and queen. Later in the morning, the king dies from a venomous snake bite. This results in Claudius being the king, which leads him to marry Queen Gertrude. Hamlet is angry with this news and considers it foul play. What happens to the kingdom of  Elsinore? How will Ophelia manage this situation? The rest of the story deals with it.
