Plot

The film is the second part of Peter Rabbit. The film starts by showing the last scene or the first part, where Bea and Thomas are getting married. Peter accepts Thomas. After their marriage, Thomas supports Bea's passion for writing. She wrote a children's book about Peter and his friends. In the book, Peter is shown as the naughty character. Peter gets upset by it. He thinks everyone hates him, which is not valid. Once Bea received a letter from a publisher. The publisher, likes Bea's works. So Bea, Thomas, Peter, and his friends met him.  Nigel Basil-Jones, the publisher wanted Bea to made change in a look for Peter. He created an evil Peter. Thomas realized that this was not what Bea wanted. But Bea is dedicated to her work. Here upset Peter met an old rabbit, Barnabas. Barnabas is an old friend of Peter’s father. Barnabas tells his story about stealing, and he even shows his friends. Peter helps him in stealing using his friends. Will this stealing plan be successful? What will to Bea? Will she continue creating books about naughty Peter? The rest of the film speaks about this.

Star Performance

Rose Byrne as Bea was perfect. She beautifully played the character of innocent, sweet-hearted Bea. Domhnall Gleeson’s character, as Thomas, was astonishing. His hate for Peter makes this film funny. His character also teaches that we should not change ourselves for others. James Corden dubbing of Peter was funny. Giving the role of Peter Rabbit to James Corden was the best decision made by the casting team. His sense of humour was so good, which made the film laughable. David Oyelowo as Niegel was good. His evil intention about Bea was good. All the other live-action was good. Dubbing was the best feature of this film. Every character is  dubbed their character with their character personality. The voice cast was the best in this film.

Analysis

The animation was incredible. It seems like the rabbit and other animals were real. Actors acting with a fictional character was perfect. Compared to part 1 of the film, this film was not as good as expected. Part 1 had a great storyline with superb comedy dialogues. But part 2 was lacking in these things. The film does not focus on music, but it still slayed the music and songs. The action scenes were terrific. The adventurous scenes of the film were thrilling. The film creates a  good message as a whole and even as an individual. Every character in the movie gives the relevant social message.
