Plot Rachel White Rachel White is an Indian Film actress and a model >> Read More... (Ginnifer Goodwin), completely drunk on her 30th birthday, reveals the secret crush she had over Dex (Colin Egglesfield) to him when they were going back home in the cab. Dex is engaged to Darcy (Kate Hudson), who is a best friend of Rachel White. Rachel and Dex make love that night and hides it from everyone. As time passes by, Rachel and Dex fall in love. Ethan (John Krasinksi) who is a childhood friend of Rachel and Darcy finds it and promises to keep it a secret. Dex mother, who is depressed for a long time, feels happy about only one thing- The marriage between Dex and Darcy. For the happiness of his mother, Dex starts ignoring Rachel, and their relationship get faded as the marriage date between Dex and Darcy comes closer. When Rachel demands Dex to call off his wedding with Darcy, he refuses. So, she flies to London to meet Ethan where Ethan reveals he is in love with Rachel. Is Rachel accepting his proposal? Is Dex coming back to Rachel? Is how the story moves.

Analysis: The screenplay is so good and is a very good feast for couples to watch out the movie together. The director has maintained a well-structured romance throughout the movie. The visuals could have been done better as it failed to give the coolness to eyes.

Star Performance: Ginnifer Goodwin and Colin Egglesfield have maintained a fantastic chemistry in the entire movie which has been a great plus. The way the duo communicates and cajoles is very pleasing. John Krasinksi and Kate Hudson also played their role in a perfect way.

What’s there?

1) A guaranteed romance for the audience.

2) The acting of the casts is remarkable in the movie.

3) The screenplay makes the story interesting.

What’s not there? 1) Visuals should have been made better since it failed to give the effect of the narration by Emily Giffin in the novel.

Verdict:

A movie worth watching for the weekend.
