Lisbeth Salander is a hacker. She was given a job by Frans Balder, who was thrown out from NSA, the National Security Agency. Frans asks Lisbeth to steal the computer program, FireWall to access the nuclear weapons’ code. However, the NSA finds out that something wrong is going on and starts tracing. Meanwhile, some Russian gangsters loot Lisbeth Salander's laptop and get the computer program, which she hacked. They kidnap a kid, who is a Math expert and threaten him to do the FireWall works. To save the kid, what did Lisbeth do? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

Performance of Claire is brilliant and she emotes well in some intense sequences. The rest of the cast did justice to the roles.

The script and the screenplay are interestingly designed. The action sequences are well made. The natural performances of the stars add some flavor to the script. Yet, the film looks like a typical commercial film, after a certain point. So, the audiences start comparing the film with the previous versions. But, the director keeps the audiences engaged with the racy screenplay.

What’s There?

  • Screenplay is engaging
  • Performances of the lead stars are good

What’s Not There?

  • The film looks a bit commercial

Although the film has some flaws including the commercial elements, with the engaging screenplay, the makers could make the audiences watch the film without getting bored. The Girl In The Spider’s Web – Watchable Once
