Plot

Thomas Webb was the son of a publisher who has just graduated from college. When he shifts to the lower East Side, he befriends his neighbor W.F., with whom he connects. He started spending time with him and gets life advice. It is then, that he finds his life turned upside down as he discovers his father is cheating on his mother and having an affair with his assistant editor named, Johanna.

Star Performance 

With the superb acting of Thomas Webb (Turner) and his strong performance, made the film a blockbuster. All the actors have done a great job in their respective roles. Callum Turner made the character look endearing.

Analysis 

The only living Boy in New York turned out to be a movie full of drama and reality. The movie started off at a slow pace but ended up building audience’s interest. The movie portrays the personal relationships of the main characters.

Be it Jeff Bridges or Callum Turner, all of them did a decent job. However, the ending could have been a little more daring and exciting.

Verdict 

The film lacks conviction but it got successful in building up the intense interest among the audience by portraying real life drama. Overall, it is a must - watch movie for those who love romantic drama. You would enjoy it for sure!
