The Theory of Everything has drawn inspiration from the book ‘Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen’ by Jane Wilde Hawkins which is based on Physicist Stephen Hawkins life.

Plot

The story starts back in 1963 when an astrophysicist falls in love with a literature student at Cambridge University. The whole story revolves around Stephen Hawkins ( Eddie Redmayne Eddie Redmayne, whose full name is Edward John Dav >> Read More... ) and his relations with his beloved Jane Wilde ( Felicity Jones Born and brought up in Bournville, Felicity Jones >> Read More... ). Stephen is brilliant in physics and mathematics; he begins his research on the Black hole. In his attempt he fails, and get to know that he has motor neuron disease; he will be unable to walk and talk. He loses his normal life. He ignores his disease to complete his research work, and he achieves that. Later, he marries Jane Wilde- who makes her promise that she will be with him even his condition worsens. The remaining story is full of science, emotions, and romance. To find this, you will have to watch the film.

Star Performances

Eddie Redmayne as Stephen Hawkins is mindblowing; he did a fantabulous job. While watching his performance, you will not feel its acting because you feel his pain. His performance is outstanding. Felicity Jones also did a great job as Stephen’s wife. She feels like the support system of Eddie Redmayne's performance. Scenes between Felicity Jones and Eddie Redmayne look very impressive. Director James Marsh takes his film very carefully. He did justice to the plot of the film. The performance of actors reflects the confidence of director in them.
