Review: This movie seems quite like a deep reflection on life and death by director Terrence Malick. The movie is about a man’s tormenting and the dreadful unchangeability of his past.

As this man quickly constrains himself to consider his irrelevant spot in the universe, the film signals at the inexplicable range of land and time. Sean Penn One of the talented, award winning and intelligent >> Read More... plays a moderately aged in the middle of his life’s breakdown, and he is rationally conveyed back so as to his childhood in 1950 s West Texas, where he and his siblings were dominated by the father, played by Brad Pitt He’s one of the most accomplished actors of our ti >> Read More... – a brutal and cruel man and a professional businessperson. Jessica Chastain Jessica Chastain aka Jessica Michelle Chastain is >> Read More... plays the mother, a delicate, innocent and religious soul whose methods of raising children are completely opposite to that of the father who always wanted them to be tough and solid. At the age of 19, one of the children administers for the military and unfortunately makes an injury that can never be recovered.

The movie then leaps into gloriously remembered childhood before the incident, in which the mother plants a tree that she advises the young men will develop to its growth as they grow up. Pitt's commanding father directs everyone of them like a tortured dictator, attempting to drive them to acknowledge music, yet additionally, difficult his young men to toughen up, requesting that they hit him in fighting sessions in the front yard and having no second thoughts about hitting them for the littlest inconsiderateness or rebellion. Without acknowledging it, he has taught them to consider love and apprehension as the same feeling.

And continually, scenes from the mystery life of the universe supply these family shows with something distanced, confounding – a feeling of an unexpected new viewpoint in which their injuries are vanishingly little but have an intense new profound size. They are a distinctive piece of an unending all-inclusive procedure in which man is wrecked, restored, demolished, reestablished again – man, who bafflingly rose up out of a characteristic scene that exists autonomously of mankind and human awareness.

Verdict: Overall, the movie is a little too depressing and at the same times not the best of Malick’s work. Neither it is keeping up to the standard of a Brad Pitt-starring blockbuster.
