This movie is an anthological horror movie, based on a collection of short films amalgamated together into a movie. These short films are based on real footage scenes.

PLOT: Michael Levine and Kelsey Abbot search a house for the details of a missing man. Abbot observes all the footages. It starts with 'Phase I clinical trials,' where Wingard replaces one of his eyes with an artificial eye, that acts as a camera and records all the time. After going Home, he starts to see and sense different ghostly creatures around him. Next comes 'A ride in the park,' where a guy gets zombified, and crashes a birthday party. This is followed by ' Safe Haven Click to look into! >> Read More... ,' where a crew of media people goes to a mysterious cult, to investigate on the complaint of child abuse on them. When they cross their limits, everyone gets endangered. Finally comes the movie 'Slumber Party Alien Abduction.' As the title suggests, extraterrestrials attack a group of teenagers at a slumber party. When Abbot finishes watching everything, director expresses that even Abbot could be a part of this anthology.

ANALYSIS: Adam Wingard's (Phase I Clinical Trials) direction gave us some scares through bright lights, bloody makeup and below par special effects. Eduardo Sanchez and Gregg Hale (A ride In The Park) gave us a funny and a baseless gore movie. This is the weakest link in this series chain. Gareth Hue Evans (Safe Haven) gives us the best short film of this anthology. This movie is having a full potential to be a feature film. Jason Eisener Jason Eisener is a multi-talented artist. He has w >> Read More... (Slumber Party Alien Abduction) delivers a movie, whose screenplay does not look original, and not much scary though.

STAR PERFORMANCES: All the artists did a very good job of giving a scare to us. Their performance was apt to the storyline, and made us get engaged in the movie.

WHAT'S THERE? 'Safe Haven' is capable of getting produced into a large feature film. Most of the movie's predecessor's mistakes were able to overcome by this movie. High quality goose bumps are guaranteed.

WHAT'S NOT THERE? This movie does not have any difference, when compared to its previous film 'V/H/S.' Quality control is missing. Shakycam was not avoided once again. This fact annoys the audience.

VERDICT: A complete, satisfying package for a hardcore horror fan.
