CAST & CREW
Paul McGuigan in 2015, came up with science fiction story Victor Frankenstein. The story is an adaptation of a novel, Frankenstein, which was written by Mary Shelley. He shoots Prometheus which ignites it, Prometheus, comes to life and kills Finnegan and Turpin. Together again, Victor and Igor bring down Prometheus. Igor is badly injured. After he recovers, he finds out that Victor has left for new research. Victor leaves a letter for Igor describing his guilt. It ends with Lorelei and Igor living happily.
James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe portrayed their relationship beautifully. Both of them were fine with their dialogues. Jessica Findlay’s role is not that big enough to be judged, but she was fine at her place. The negative role was fantastically played by Freddie Fox. His style and timing got the audience to cheer.
Paul McGuigan amazes us with this creation, but it seemed to be unreal at some points.
1. There is Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy at their best.
2. Freddie Fox will steal your heart with his acting.
3. If you are a fiction lover, then will not disappoint you.
What’s not there?
The film lacked the spark as everything looked very routine and unimaginative. It offers very little interest in providing something fresh but yes, if you love fictional stories then you should watch it.
Only if you are free and feel like imagining the unimaginative then watch this.
