Plot

The film revolves around a 15 year-old-boy named Aaron, aka Babu (Atharva Padhye). He lives in Konkan (Maharashtra) with his paternal uncle Madhav (Shashank Ketkar) and aunt Sunanda (Neha Joshi). His biological mother is Alita (Swastika Mukherjee). Her husband, Keshav, died in a car accident, so she leaves Aaron with Keshav’s brother Madhav and his wife, Sunanda. They raise Aaron as their own son and give him all the love and affection.

Alita now runs a cafe in Paris. Madhav takes Babu to Paris to unite him with his mother.

What is going to happen during their journey to Paris? Will they find Alita? Will Aaron meet his mother? Will Aaron stay with her in France?

Star Performance

Atharva Padhye (Aaron) is the real strength of this film. He looks very natural and real on screen.

His performance is heart-touching. His powerful performance makes the viewers emotional in some scenes.

Shashank Ketkar, who played the role of Aaron’s uncle, perfectly executed his part. The way he shows love and affection towards Aaron is outstanding.

Swastika Mukherjee and Neha Joshi also gave a fabulous performance. The rest of the supporting cast gave okayish performances.

Analysis

The film is full of emotional moments. The scene in which Aaron eagerly wants to be his mother is heart-touching. The film sheds light on the role of parents in our lives. It makes us realize what actually parenthood means. The director has succeeded in showing the importance of relationships. Atharv Padhye holds the film firmly with his performance. From disappointment to hope, he shows all the emotions in a balanced proportion.

However, the film seems a little lengthy despite a short running time. Moreover, there are minor flaws in this film. But all these issues do not have much impact on the whole film.

Aaron is a heart-touching film. It could have been amazing with some changes. The film will remind you of your bond with your parents. You should definitely try this film. It will surely make you emotional.
