The relative success of films like the “ Golmaal Golmaal is a Telugu comedy television series. The >> Read More... ”, “ Hera Pheri Hera Pheri is a comedy based TV show which came on >> Read More... ” and the “Dhamaal” series falling in the partly nonsensical comic category have emboldened the makers of such films into repeats and sequels, realizing that the formula did not seem to wane. However, not to take any chances “ Grand Masti Click to look into! >> Read More... ” seems to have moved steeply ahead from the prequel, “Masti” and multiplied the ribaldry much fold in what can only be termed as an extreme adult comedy.

Plot: Like most previous films in this genre, it is once again about three mischievous adults who always seem prone to falling into comically erotic situations with scantily clad damsels, managing ideally matched mates for each one of them. Here the delinquents - Meet, Prem and Amar, are enacted respectively by the trio of Vivek Oberoi Vivek Anand Oberoi's birth was on 3rd Septembe >> Read More... , Aftab Shivdasani Aftab Shivdasani is an actor and producer of Indi >> Read More... and Ritesh Deshmukh. Although married, they have their own problems in finding marital bliss with their respective spouses Unnati, Tulsi and Mamta portrayed by relative new comers Karishma Tanna Karishma Tanna is an Indian Television actress bor >> Read More... , Manjari Fadnis and Sonalee Kulkarni.

The ribaldry starts when they get an opportunity to assemble for their college reunion, and being the alumni of a college like SLUTS ( the Sri Lalchand University of Technology and Science), they do not take much time to find out their female fun mates Rose Marlow and Mary , once again featuring an assortment of relative newcomers, including overseas inductees into peripheral Bollywood roles, like Maryam Zakaria Maryam Zakaria is an actress and dancer in Bollywo >> Read More... , Kainaat Arora Kainaat Arora is a model who eventually turned as >> Read More... and Bruna Abdullah Bruna Abdullah, born as Bruna Abdalah was born on >> Read More... . The other characters who complete the jig saw puzzle are Robert Pereira, the conservative principal of SLUTS who enforces discipline with a heavy hand, (enacted by veteran character actor of Southern and Bollywood films, Pradeep Rawat Pradeep Rawat, is known for his villainous roles i >> Read More... ); and Hardik an ex-student of SLUTS, who has lost his mental balance due to Pereira, the character being performed by comedian Suresh Menon Suresh Menon was born on 10th January 1967 in Mumb >> Read More... .

Well, a film of this nature would obviously have to be a male dominated one, but with the appropriate complement of glamorous females ever ready to add to the adult content. While the trio of Ritesh, Vivek and Aftab has already honed their acting skills in films like this, having performed in tandem earlier also, their female counterparts both in the house and on the campus d little more than add their glamour and dumbness if not performing in semi items number type of scenes. Pradeep Rawat as the hard-hearted principal delivers his role appropriately while Suresh Menon brings in all his comedian skills to bear on his role. With such an emphasis on gags, innuendos and adult humour, the technical aspects of the film have hardly much to be discussed about, the “innovative” screenplay taking up the lion’s share of responsibilities. Neither the songs nor the musical score leaves much to be talked about.

Verdict: There certainly would be a distinct segment in the audience who would enjoy this film, but what is recommended is surely private viewing, as this is not the type that provides family entertainment.
