Giving justice at the appropriate moment is vital. However, the legal system fails to do so. And Jaatiwad (casteism) has dealt with this concept. The film mainly concentrates on putting a full stop to communal enmities.

He has to face many hurdles in this process, and college elections only aggravate the situation. There is also the predictable story of his love with a Muslim girl.
The film is shot in Jaunpur, a rural area. The first half of Jaatiwad is with its grey as well as the humorous side, but the second half is infused with lot of violence. For those who do not know, the director has tried to show the force that is existing in our country.

Director Sabir Shaikh and producer Anand Kumar Gupta have worked on the script too, and it keeps the viewers glued in some scenes.
Director Sabir Shaikh manages to showcase boldly the negatives of the legal system and the clichéd beliefs towards Casteism. He has worked on Karar the Deal before, and his present venture Jaatiwad should be appreciated for trying to deliver a strong message.
Verdict
The tastes of the audience keep changing and when such films are made they should par excellence. Making a good film with a small budget is indeed a litmus test for the director and the director would perhaps cast his spell in an elite group.
