Analysis

We had seen a lot of films in which the leads fall in love with each other without even met, once. Without a strong plot, the film travels successfully with its oneliner. This is a complete romantic entertainer that will feed the youngsters, who don’t care much for the logic, but the romance. The screenplay and the dialogues are not attractive. The music is good and the visuals are fantastic. The chemistry between the lead pair is impressive and that is the reason why the film is watchable.

What’s There?

  • The one-line of the film is good
  • The chemistry between the lead stars
  • Beautiful locales of Kashmir

What’s Not There?

  • The screenplay is not impressive
  • Logical loopholes

Verdict

Although the film didn’t have a strong plot, it attracts the audiences with its romance track. With the fresh pairing and their neat chemistry, Notebook is watchable, once.
