Plot

The story is well narrated around the two sisters Anushka and Ahaana. Tanushree plays the role of Anushka, Udita as Ahana and Sachin Khedekar as Ravi. Anushka gets married to Ravi, who is a widower. Ravi’s first wife’s death is suspicious; it had no clue for how the death caused.

Anushka’s mother ( Nishigandha Wad Nishigandha Wad is a prominent Marathi actress, kn >> Read More... ) in the story is not happy with her daughter’s marriage with Ravi. Anushka had never thought that her married life would be inflicted by the spirits. It happened that the couple started their journey in a new house which was unfortunately haunted. Anushka tries to explain her husband about her curse by spirits. Ravi is not ready to empathize with his wife. Anushka kills her husband and sister-in-law.

Ahaana now fights to save her sister from the curse of spirits. Will she be able to save her sister?

Arif (healer) who comes to protect them from the ghost, gives them a pendant. The suspense and reason behind the spirits are revealed in the climax of the movie.

Star Performances

Tanushree’s way of expressing emotions and fear in her eyes is what makes her attractive throughout the movie. Udita is equally competent to Tanushree. Artif has come up with a perfect role. Sachin Khedekar suits the role of a widower and elder person. Ashwini Khalsekar has a good role, and he has done full justice to it.

Analysis

The narration reminds us of the Hollywood movie The Grudge. Tanushree’s and Udita's gorgeous looks and braveness have been the key part. All the main leads have well executed their roles. The movie assures for the goose bumps.

What’s there?

The movie is interspersed with suspense and thriller in a pretty convincing manner.

What’s not there?

The music is the main part of a horror movie to gain the attention. Horror movies seek attention through the sound effects, which this movie didn't put up so well. Also the music is loud and irritating in few scenes.

Verdict

This movie is preferred for a weekend night to make it more effective. Whoever has interest for horror can watch this once.
