Krishna Kumar, a Student leader, who had been searching for opportunities to move forward in his life, shows in front of the people as if he is the real caretaker of the society. But, his life changes after he comes to know about Sakhavu Krishnan. He deeply learns communism and slowly transforms into a true comrade.
If Nivin Pauly chooses a role, it will definitely have a good message in it. It is proved again in Sakhavu. The versatile actor had never missed anything in Sakhavu. Nivin does a dual role and the Krishnan role gives him more space to perform. Aishwarya pairs the comrade Nivin and shows off her acting talent, well. Aparna Gopinath has done a pretty decent role in Sakhavu. Sreenivasan plays a guest role, yet neat.
Sidhartha Siva has scripted the story and executed it well. The artist selection is laudable, But, Sreenivasan’s talent is wasted in this film with a guest role, without acting scope. The film moves in a message oriented path, but in the second half, unnecessary commercial elements have been inserted.
What’s Not There?
Whether the film impresses you with its social message or not, definitely you would like it for the performances of the stars. Nivin excelled in his natural performance and is waiting to impress you! Sakhavu… Super!
