Debutante Vetri is mostly seen with a sad face in the film. He excels in his role of a cop. Aparna who appears as a television reporter has done a commendable job and has a homely appearance. M S Bhaskar also steals the show through his meaty role. Nasser, who is a seen in many films nowadays, has done a convincing performance as always. The rest of the cast also ably support.
Young director Sri Ganesh has executed the film in a matured manner. The movie which is of the genre crime thriller is interspersed with sentiments and romance too. The director has ably honed the acting prowess of the actors. The handling of the director is similar to Myskkin’s style of directing in some ways.
• The screenplay is par excellence.
• Dinesh K Babu’s cinematography is good.
• The music of Sundaramoorthy is commendable.
What’s not there?
Editing of the film could have been given more concentration. There are some unnecessary scenes which hinders the progress of the movie.
This can be considered as a good debut attempt by director Sriganesh.
