Plot

Julie 2's plot is simple. The film is about the difficulties faced by an actress during her survival in the industry. Julie is a popular actress. She fights in the film industry to come up in her dream career and achieves success too. The popular actress was shot during a jewelry shop robbery. Who shot Julie? Why is she shot dead? To know the reasons watch the film in theaters.

Star Performance

Raai Laxmi has played very well in the given role. Although Laxmi has exposed her body, we could not see much vulgarity. Rati Agnihotri has played a pivotal role and she has done justice to her part.

Analysis

Deepak Shivadasani planned for a good script and tried to make it an action thriller. But, we can say that there is neither action nor thrill in this film. However, Raai Laxmi has proved her versatility in the film.

What’s There?

Performance of Raai Laxmi is impressive

Execution is not good
Preaching the religion doesn’t go well with the audiences

Verdict

On the whole, Julie 2 is only for the fans of Raai Laxmi. However, she has performed exceptionally well. It is to be noted that she has just made her half-century and her debut in Bollywood with Julie 2. Congrats, Laxmi!
